Complete re-decoration package, South Devon

This beautiful property had the walls filled in using standard filling practices, then power sanded using power sanding with dust extraction. We then had all of the walls “stabilised” with stabilising solution to seal the “chalkiness” where old distemper was found, and from there all of the walls were lined with 1400 grade lining paper. All of the walls were decorated with “Dulux Flat Matt” durable emulsion and all of the woodwork was undercoated and glossed with white high gloss. For the crowning glory, the lions head was sprayed with a metallic gold finishing paint.
